TOPFED WEB S.R.L. is responsible for the content of the gatpilot.md and gatpilot.com websites.

A GatPilot assistant on another company's website or bot answers from the documents, pages and instructions that company has given it.

That company is responsible for them and for how it informs its customers. GatPilot provides the technology.

The prices, discounts and stock given by the Sales Assistant and the Team Assistant come from the company's documents, exactly as written there. The company keeps them up to date.

The chat bubble in the corner of the gatpilot.md and gatpilot.com pages opens a GatPilot assistant.

It is an ordinary Sales Assistant: it answers from the website's texts, the way a customer's assistant answers from its company's documents.

It is an AI system: it writes its answers automatically and can make mistakes. What applies is the text of the pages and of the legal documents.

If you want a person, say so in the chat. The conversation passes to the GatPilot team, who see it in the inbox (the shared list of all conversations).

Send the website address or the bot's name, the date and a screenshot of the conversation.

We review every report and can stop an assistant that breaches the Terms of service. We tell you what we did, if the law allows us to.
