Terms of service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern the use of the gatpilot.com and gatpilot.md websites, the GatPilot app and the GatPilot service, provided by TOPFED WEB S.R.L. (IDNO 1026023125543, registered office: s. Pepeni, r-nul Sîngerei, MD-6234, Republic of Moldova). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to represent it.
2. The service
GatPilot provides AI assistants trained on your company's documents and data: the Sales Assistant, which answers customers on your website, WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber; the Team Assistant, which answers employees on Telegram and WhatsApp; the Management Assistant, which reports from company data and is built on request, on the Custom plan. Conversations land in a shared inbox, where a colleague can take over at any time. Features may change over time.
3. Account and team
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials safe and for the activity of the people you invite to the account. The roles you assign decide what each person can do. When you add team members for the Team Assistant, you confirm that you have a basis to process their phone number or Telegram account and that you have informed them.
4. Plans and payment
The service is offered on the Free, Pro and Custom plans, with the limits and prices shown on the Pricing page. Prices exclude VAT and are billed monthly, with no fixed-term contract; you can switch plans at any time. Payment is by card, monthly, via Stripe on gatpilot.com, via maib on gatpilot.md and via Apple in the iOS app; invoices are issued to your company. The Custom plan has a one-time setup fee and monthly maintenance, set in a separate quote. Once you pass the Free plan's monthly limit, new conversations land in the inbox for a human reply.
5. Your AI key
On Pro and Custom the assistants use your own key with the AI provider you choose. The provider bills usage directly to you, under its own terms; we add nothing on top. The key is stored encrypted and used only for your assistants' requests. We recommend setting a monthly spending limit in your provider account.
6. Content you upload
You remain the owner of the documents and texts you add. You grant us only the right to store and process them to operate the service in your account. You confirm that you have the right to use this content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
7. Integrations
On the Custom plan we connect the assistants to your systems via API or read-only database access. You confirm that you have the right to grant us this access. The assistants only read the data; they never change anything in your systems.
8. Accuracy of answers
The assistant writes answers from the documents you give it and can be wrong or misunderstand a question. The service is provided as is: you are responsible for what the knowledge base contains, for checking critical information and for any decision taken on the basis of a conversation. We advise against using the assistant as the only source of medical, legal or financial information.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; upload illegal or harmful content, or content that infringes rights; impersonate another person or company; use the service to deceive the people who write to your assistants; try to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
10. Messaging channels
Connecting WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber or Messenger requires complying with those platforms' terms. We use the tokens and accounts you provide only to send and receive messages on behalf of your assistant. You can disconnect a channel at any time, and its token is deleted.
11. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available continuously, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or because of providers we depend on. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Intellectual property
The GatPilot platform, code, design and trademarks belong to us. We grant you no rights in them other than the right to use the service under these Terms.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the last three months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or loss of data.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify GatPilot against claims arising from use of the service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, including claims by people your assistants answered.
15. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, with prior notice where possible. On termination, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and disputes are settled by the courts of Chișinău. We may update the Terms; the version in force is the one published on this page.
