Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the GatPilot website and the AI voice-agent service provided by GatPilot SRL, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
The service
GatPilot provides an AI voice agent that answers, qualifies and books calls in Romanian, Russian and English, with transcription, summaries, automations and analytics. Features may evolve over time.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to: place calls without the consent required by law; send spam, scams or unsolicited mass calls; impersonate others; transmit illegal, harmful or infringing content; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Your responsibilities for calls
You are responsible for the content and configuration of your agent, for informing your callers that they may interact with an AI and that calls may be recorded, and for complying with all applicable telecom, consumer-protection and data-protection laws.
Plans, minutes and billing
The service is billed per connected minute (2 MDL per minute unless otherwise agreed), counted by the second. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Invoices are payable on receipt and overdue amounts may lead to suspension. We may change prices with prior notice.
Free setup and trial
Agent setup is free; a payment method may be required to activate. Any trial minutes are provided as is and may be limited or withdrawn.
Availability
We aim for high availability, but the service is provided as is and as available, without uptime guarantees. We may perform maintenance and may update or discontinue features.
Intellectual property
GatPilot and its software, brand and content are owned by GatPilot SRL. You retain ownership of your content and data and grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GatPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We do not guarantee specific commercial results.
Indemnification
You will indemnify GatPilot against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law, including claims by your callers.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Chișinău, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
