Your company's numbers, in chat, every morning.
“How much did we sell yesterday?”, “which orders are overdue?”, “which product is slipping?”. Today someone pulls those numbers by hand. The Management Assistant takes them straight from your database and sends them before you ask.
What it does
- Daily report at the time you choose: sales, revenue, new and overdue orders, critical stock, top products, comparison with yesterday and last week.
- Answers free-form questions about the numbers, in chat, from real data: “how many orders from Lyon this month?”.
- Flags what is off: a sales drop in a category, orders unprocessed for 48 hours, stock below threshold.
- Suggests marketing directions from data: products with rising demand, customers who haven't bought in 60 days, peak traffic hours.
- Weekly and monthly reports, in the same chat, to the people you choose.
An example
How it is implemented
- 01
One-hour call: which systems you run (ERP, CRM, WooCommerce, Shopify, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Google Sheets), which reports you want, who receives them.
- 02
Connection: via API or read-only access to your database. The assistant reads, it never changes anything.
- 03
Configuration: reports, times, alert thresholds, the questions management asks most.
- 04
Delivery and maintenance: one-time setup fee, monthly maintenance, adjustments when your systems change.
Who it is for
Companies with their own system and at least a few hundred transactions a month: online stores, distribution, retail chains, clinics with bookings, subscription services. A manager who wants the numbers without asking for them.
Data
Read-only access. The connection and the numbers are encrypted. On request, everything runs on your own server.
